Genesis Science Center - 5510

This project was a complete renovation of an existing four-story office building converted for life science tenants. Project scope included the replacement of HVAC and electrical systems to accommodate speculative lab suites. Improvements included new service elevator to all four floors, new generator and SDGE service, as well as landscaping/site improvements and exterior façade. Additional scope included the build-out of lab/office spec suites, new main lobby, hazmat storage and glass wash.
