Wateridge Pointe

This project included the renovation and conversion of multiple buildings to accommodate life science tenants. Scope included the addition of a chiller plant yard and 300KW diesel generator.  New HVAC services to the lab consisted single-pass air, exhaust fans, phoenix valves and BMS controls. Systems upgraded to building gas service, boilers, vacuum and compressed lab air. Installation of new shafts through an occupied floor to the roof, as well as structural work to support new roof top equipment. Core improvements included upgraded restrooms, new fitness center, shipping/receiving and common lobby as well as spec lab/office suites and tenant buildouts.
